Following a successful career as an elite hair stylist, Nashville native Ashley Chastain dove headfirst into her real estate career in 2017.

“My initial motivation to begin investing and renovating properties arose from my grandfather’s strong encouragement and council.”

Ashley provided an immediate impact to her clients by leveraging her investment experience to become an outstanding negotiator and mentor during the buying and selling process.

“I developed a love for luxury homes at an early age. I would always travel with my father, a high-end contractor, who completed countless projects in the Governors Club, The Legends, and Fairvue Plantation communities. One of my favorite memories of going to work with my dad was playing hide-n- seek in the new construction of the Governors Club and searching for him for what felt like hours only to finally give up and him emerging out of a hidden room.”

Ashley takes immense pride in being part of an elite team. Her priority is providing the absolute best service to her clients, so they receive a premium concierge level of experience they deserve.

Ashley has strong family values and loves accompanying her son Maddox to his basketball games. She is also a foodie, often exploring new restaurants with her family. Ashley’s favorite past-time is riding around and exploring new areas and admiring beautiful homes and architecture.
