From being a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps to turning his passion into a Career, Paul Andrew LaBelle is not your average real estate agent. With a Decade of service in his beloved Corps, Paul served as an Aviation Mechanic for his first 6 year then volunteered to be a Recruiter because he saw the value in what he had learned and experienced as a young adult in the military. He constantly had to adapt, implement, and maneuver through ever changing and high stress environments. Having changed over 70 young men and women’s lives as a Recruiter and training other recruiters in how to help people navigate life changing decisions Paul brings a unique set of skills and qualities to the real estate industry.

Known for his unwavering dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to mission accomplishment, Paul approaches every real estate transaction with the same level of professionalism and determination he displayed during his military career. Having served in the Marine Corps for nearly a decade, including two deployments and earning three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, Paul knows the value of hard work and the importance of achieving goals. His experience as the 2019 Marine Corps Recruiting Rookie of the Year highlights his ability to connect with people, understand their aspirations, and help them reach their objectives. He genuinely enjoys meeting new people, learning about their life goals, and assisting them in their journey towards home ownership.

He cherishes his travels with his amazing, beautiful, and driven wife, Emma, who recently earned her master's degree in accounting from Belmont University. Together, they share their lives with their beloved pup, Turbo, who brings joy and companionship to their adventures.
