Raised in the heart of a small town in Warsaw, Indiana, Kerry experienced the true essence of Midwestern living – cornfields, cows, and the bustling Friday night basketball games. Seeking a change, Kerry and her husband, Paul, made the decision to relocate to Franklin thirteen years ago, leaving behind the sunny landscapes of Tallahassee, Florida, in search of a place that embraced all four seasons.

Kerry's educational journey took her to Florida State University, where she pursued her passion for learning. She earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and later completed a master's degree in Sports Administration. Kerry's dedication to both academics and athletics did not go unnoticed. She was honored with the prestigious Golden Torch Award at FSU for her unwavering commitment to academic and athletic excellence. She also found herself on the ACC Academic Honor Roll and secured an internship with the Florida State Student Athlete Academic Department.

As an accomplished athlete, Kerry's time at FSU was marked by remarkable achievements. She competed on the university's track team, showcasing her skills in both cross country and track events. Serving as the Captain of the FSU Cross Country Team, Kerry proudly represented her school and achieved recognition as an All American Foundation member for four consecutive years. Her remarkable accomplishments extend beyond college as well, with notable accolades such as being a two-time 800m Indiana State Champion and receiving the prestigious ISHAA Mental Attitude Award for the state of Indiana. In 2006, Kerry's achievements were acknowledged further when she was inducted into the Indiana Track & Field Hall of Fame.

Following her teaching aspirations, Kerry spent six years as an elementary school teacher, nurturing young minds and shaping future generations. However, life took an exciting turn when Kerry and Paul decided to grow their family through adoption. Embracing the role of a stay-at-home mom for the past six years.

Now, as Kerry transitions back into the workforce, she has found her passion for real estate ignited by the encouragement of her friends and family. Combining her love for people and houses, Kerry believes that her dedication, loyalty, and goal-oriented mindset make her the perfect real estate agent to help clients achieve their dreams.

Kerry's athletic background and teaching experience have instilled in her a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. With a mentality focused on winning and a relentless drive to fight for what she wants, Kerry approaches her role as a real estate agent with enthusiasm and determination.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kerry finds joy in staying active. Whether it's conquering the challenges of the Peloton or cooling off with a refreshing swim in the pool alongside her children on hot summer days, she values maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Kerry's love for literature extends to her downtime, where she finds solace in curling up with a good book. Board games provide quality family time, and her household is filled with the love of furry companions, including dogs and cats. Kerry's passion for animals extends even further, as she dreams of having a black panther, two otters, and an orangutan as part of her extended family.

A self-proclaimed track and field nerd, Kerry's fascination with the sport remains steadfast. She enjoys watching track and field events on television, and her passion for the sport led her to coach high school track for the past three years. Embracing this role, Kerry discovered a love for mentoring and supporting young athletes, helping them unlock their full potential.
