Born and raised in the close-knit community of Stoughton, MA, Jake Gomes brought his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate to the vibrant city of Nashville in 2020. Drawn by his long-standing love for the city and the booming real estate market, Jake quickly immersed himself in the dynamic world of Nashville real estate.
A graduate of Umass Lowell with a focus in Community Health & Sustainability, Jake found his stride early on. Not only did he excel academically, but he also discovered his love for rugby, quickly earning a spot as a starter on his college team within just two months of play.
Before diving into the world of real estate, Jake showcased his leadership skills as the General Manager of a multimillion-dollar live music venue. Rising to this role at the age of 24, he went on to train other GMs in their respective locations by the age of 27, leaving a lasting impact as half the company's GMs hailed from his tutelage.
In 2020, fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit and prior real estate investments, Jake obtained his real estate license. Becoming a real estate consultant was a natural progression, allowing him to leverage his extensive business and financial expertise to help others achieve their real estate ambitions. His commitment to approaching real estate from an investment and wealth-building perspective sets him apart.
In a remarkably short period, Jake transitioned from agent to Broker in just 3.5 years. His dedication and results-oriented approach are evident in his impressive track record of assisting 24 families in 2022 and 32 families in 2023. Jake takes pride in playing a pivotal role in one of the most significant financial decisions individuals and families make.
What sets Jake apart is his ability to build instant rapport with everyone he encounters. This superpower becomes a strategic advantage during negotiations, as Jake extracts key details from builders, sellers, and buyers to ensure his clients make informed and strategic decisions.
Outside of the real estate realm, Jake finds joy in spending time with his 2-year-old son. Whether he's hitting the gym or enjoying a cigar, Jake maintains a high level of professionalism in both his personal and business life.
