Erica Briggs joined the Holloway Home Group team in 2020, but she is no stranger to real estate. Before finding the team, Erica had worked in the residential real estate industry for five years and the commercial sector for one year. Her well-rounded background has given her a thorough perspective of real estate.

Growing up, Erica watched her mom thrive in the real estate field as a property manager. She grew to love the idea of sharing that career choice, and she even dreamed of having her own real estate-themed T.V. show someday. That drive eventually led Erica to complete the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and e-PRO courses through the National Association of Realtors®. She has also now become a three-time Top Producer, a THDA Specialist, and a New Construction Specialist.

Erica is passionate about helping her clients find houses they can transform into homes. To Erica, buying a home is more than a real estate transaction; it is a place where people can create a lifestyle, build a business, raise a family, and celebrate life’s special occasions. She loves the house hunt and especially enjoys assisting first-time home buyers and investors.

In Erica’s downtime, she enjoys playing tennis, working out, and exploring restaurants in the Nashville area. She also has a love for missions and has been fortunate enough to travel to Malaysia, Singapore, and Berlin, further showing her heart for serving others.
