About our Agent

Chanlie Baker began her career with Holloway Home Group in 2022. With a background in dentistry and a passion for art, Chanlie has grown creatively and administratively. Her creative eye and exceptional organizational skills make her an excellent fit for the team.

Chanlie currently serves as the Listing and Marketing Coordinator. She loves working with people and developing plans to help them meet their real estate goals. She especially loves the staging aspect of real estate and enjoys assisting agents with the prep work behind each listing. Eventually, Chanlie would love to expand her skills into home design and serve agents as they assist clients with new construction projects.

When Chanlie is not designing creative results for listings, she expresses her artistic skills through painting. She loves spending time with her husband and cheering for the Oklahoma Sooners (Boomer Sooner!). Chanlie also enjoys spending her summers at the lake, wake surfing with her siblings.

Chanlie was born and raised in Nashville, and over the years, she has watched it grow. She loves that the suburbs still emulate a small-town atmosphere and provide a place of belonging for Nashville residents. She enjoys the food options and all of the opportunities Nashville has to offer.

Chanlie’s love for the city translates through her work with Holloway Home Group clients. She figuratively places herself in each client’s shoes, allowing each transaction to become personal. Her goal is to serve her clients and her team in the best way possible. Holloway Home Group is excited about the level of dedication Chanlie brings to the team and is looking forward to Chanlie’s growth in real estate.
