Erika Wraley joined the Holloway Home Group team in 2020. But her career in real estate began a few years before Erika ever became an agent. Erika started her real estate journey in the marketing department of a luxury real estate company in California. Now, Erika is excited to build relationships from an agent's perspective and personally help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

While Erika is originally from Centerville, Ohio, she has lived in Nashville, Tennessee over a decade now. The charming southern hospitality and the culture of the city make Nashville feel like home. Erika loves the creative interior designers in the Middle Tennessee area and enjoys having so many restaurant options nearby. The surrounding lakes and beautiful spring and fall seasons place Tennessee at the top of Erika’s livability list.

Erika’s passion for Middle Tennessee is something she enjoys sharing with her clients—especially those who plan to move to Tennessee from out of state. Erika knows first-hand just how daunting an out-of-state move can be, so she makes it her goal to offer her clients a smooth real estate transaction. In the future, Erika hopes to focus on assisting first-time home-buyers along with clients who are relocating, selling to upgrade their real estate or those who are seeking lakefront properties. Erika is excited about exploring all that the Middle Tennessee market has to offer.

When Erika is not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband and her son. She enjoys redecorating her home and scouting out the best deals in the process. She also loves sharing that passion with others, helping them find affordable home decor pieces that they love.

Erika has a natural zeal for helping people find whatever it is they are looking for, which makes real estate the perfect career for her.
