About our Agent

As a native Tennesseean, Jacob has a high level of knowledge of the communities he serves. Jacob comes from a background of 15+ years in Leadership in roles ranging from competing in high school baseball and swimming at a high level, leadership roles in his college fraternity, team leader over fellow ex-patriats while teaching university students in Asia, and teaching and training roles inside his real estate brokerage where he currently serves on the Agent Leadership Committee. This knowledge and experience has provided him with valuable communication and negotiation skills, creativity, and dedication that he uses daily in real estate.

In 2015 Jacob returned to Middle Tennessee to marry the love of his life, and together they have 3 kids under 3. His evenings are spent with his family at the dinner table and playing outside with his kids. When Jacob isn’t helping clients sell their properties for top dollar, locate off market deals or win multiple offers, he is still thinking about real estate. He has a passion for leveraging real estate as an asset class to build wealth and is a real estate investor with his wife. Jacob also enjoys learning and implementing other proven financial strategies that allow him to continue to invest in real estate, and provide value to his clients.
