About our Agent

Matthew Swan began his real estate career in 2022. His faith in God and passion for serving families were the driving forces behind his decision to pursue his real estate license. Matthew enjoys helping clients buy homes and looks forward to also becoming a seller’s agent within the Nashville market.

Throughout his life, Matthew has lived in five states—Montana, Alaska, California, a brief few months in Hawaii, and now Tennessee. While living in California, Matthew served on a church security team and waited tables at a restaurant. His time in these positions showed him the value of serving and loving others. Now, he plans to use that same passion for helping people by offering his expertise in Nashville’s real estate market.

The music and food in the greater Nashville area are two of Matthew’s favorite aspects of the community. His other hobbies include watching basketball and football. Matthew roots for the Golden State Warriors, and now that he calls Nashville home, he also cheers on the Tennesseans Titans. Matthew’s dream is to have a wife and kids to share these pastimes with.
