After graduating with honors from Murray State University in 2011 with a focus in nursing and outdoor recreation and leisure services, Mandi embarked on a journey of exploration and service. From teaching English as a second language in Thailand and Vietnam to running her own business as a podcast show notes writer, Mandi's experiences have shaped her into a resourceful and adaptable professional.

Her love for real estate began at an early age, inspired by her father's management of condo units in Alaska. Determined to follow in his footsteps, Mandi became a licensed realtor in 2023, fulfilling her childhood dream of helping others find their perfect homes and investments.

Mandi's strengths lie in her exceptional people skills, honed through years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry.
