Meet Derek, your dedicated Nashville real estate agent with a passion for serving others. Originally from Clarksville, Derek relocated to Franklin after graduating college to be closer to his family and embrace the sought-after lifestyle the area offers.
Derek's educational journey took him from the University of Alabama to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance, with a minor in Political Science. Prior to his career in real estate, Derek served as an air traffic controller in the United States Army for six years and also worked in luxury vehicle sales. His time in the Army was marked by notable achievements, including earning leadership awards, ranking among the top 10% in basic Army combat training and advanced initial training, and receiving two Army achievement medals. However, his most cherished accomplishment was being awarded a coin from 4-star General Cavoli for his outstanding leadership efforts during a mission in Romania.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Derek obtained his real estate license. With several years of sales experience under his belt, he appreciates the art of the sale and believes in leveraging his skills to assist people in their real estate endeavors.
