A proud graduate of Florida State University, Erica earned her degree in Public Relations and Marketing in 2014. Her journey into real estate began in the commercial sector in Ft. Lauderdale, inspired by her mother’s successful career in the industry and countless hours of HGTV at home.

Erica obtained her real estate license in 2016, driven by a passion for serving clients and helping people build stability and wealth through property ownership. Her approach is grounded in creative thinking and a determined, go-getter attitude, making her an excellent agent who consistently delivers exceptional results.

Throughout her career, Erica has earned several prestigious accolades, including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, recognition in Nashville Homeowner Magazine’s 40 Under 40, and being a three-time Sapphire Sales winner. She is also a New Construction Specialist, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field.
