As a licensed General Contractor and Realtor, Clark is uniquely positioned to assist clients with the purchase, sale, improvement, and investment of property in Middle Tennessee. He has deep roots in Middle Tennessee and studied Construction Management at Middle Tennessee State University. Clark furthered his studies in real estate development with Cornell University and project management with Columbia University. Building some of Nashville’s most fashionable and highest design restaurants and developments is one of Clark’s proudest accomplishments and the experience he gained in past work on both the supply side and management side of residential construction has proven to be an invaluable asset. His clients not only get his expertise in real estate and construction, but also that of his affiliated agents, referral partners, and associated professionals. Clark is an expert in exceeding client expectations and believes the path to doing so lies in high levels of communication, not just honesty but forthrightness, asking questions, and striving to make the process of buying, selling, or building a home enjoyable. His process has allowed him to operate at the highest levels of the industry as evidenced by his consistent ranking in the top 5% in sales volume amongst Realtors in Middle Tennessee. When Clark is not selling or building homes, he can be found hanging out with his wife Christi and their 4 kids, usually on a lake, beach, or mountain somewhere.
