With an extensive legal background, Ashlea Pflug brings a unique approach to her real estate business. Ashlea received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, and after a successful career, she relocated from Los Angeles to Franklin in 2017. “I love to take the time to understand my clients’ needs and desires; I am very dedicated to finding the perfect fit and negotiating the best deal for every client."

Ashlea has over 15 years of experience advising clients and guiding them through transactions and complex legal issues. As a former commercial litigator with Winston & Strawn, LLP, an international law firm, she litigated high-stakes commercial cases for Fortune 500 companies and advised clients on important business decisions. Ashlea’s legal expertise and comprehensive understanding of commercial transactions and contract law allowed her to smoothly transition from law into the world of real estate. Today, Ashlea brings her professionalism, loyalty, negotiating prowess and sharp attention to detail to help ensure every client secures the best possible outcome. Ashlea knows that the purchase and sale of a home is intensely personal.
In her free time, Ashlea enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, watching or playing sports, traveling and volunteering at the local schools. She can easily be found on any number of sports complexes in and around Franklin, TN, from golf courses and gymnasiums to soccer and football fields, baseball diamonds and basketball courts.
