A first generation Lithuanian American, Ruta Panomitros was born and raised just outside of Chicago, in Fox River Grove, Illinois. Ruta is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Chicago where she began a career in nursing. A few years later, a new passion and journey began, a career in real estate law. Another degree from DePaul University College of Law, and Ruta was on her mission to help people legally. “I am very detailed oriented, personable, and very good at helping people get what they want. I love to anticipate needs, and I’m a straight shooter,” said Panomitros.

After many years of practicing law, Ruta felt a new calling: to transition from real estate law to real estate brokering. “I love real estate, and I love helping people find their ideal property; to be able to get out of the office and really work directly with the public, I simply love it.” - Ruta

When not helping clients, Ruta enjoys raising honeybees, traveling, scuba diving, gardening, reading, and spending time with her two dogs Xanthe and Theo. She is also an avid Titans fan and season ticket holder. Ruta has been married for twenty-five years to husband Gregory, MD, and they have two daughters, Sofia and Anastasia, both in college chasing their dreams.
